CSM for Shopify Adds Support for POS and Returns

csm shopify 2.0With its publication to AppSource (see here for the listing), the latest release of Channel Sales Manager (CSM) for Shopify introduces exciting new capabilities to users:

  • Point of Sale Support: orders captured through the Shopify POS app on Apple and Android devices can be seamlessly retrieved and managed within Business Central.
  • Returns Functionality: CSM can now process the return and refunding of items that were sold through standard and POS transactions.
