eCommerce Solution Comparison: 3 Options for Dynamics 365 Business Central

How Suite Engine, Truvio, and Znode Answered 9 Buyer Questions

On September 24, 2026, Suite Engine joined the eCommerce for Dynamics 365 Business Central Comparison Showcase from ERP Software Blog and MSDynamicsWorld. Three independent software vendors (ISVs), Suite Engine, Truvio, and Znode, each gave a 10-minute demo and answered the same nine buyer questions. Use this eCommerce solution comparison to see how their answers line up.

What We Showed

Suite Engine demonstrated Channel Sales Manager (CSM) by Suite Engine, an eCommerce connector built within Dynamics 365 Business Central. CSM connects to each sales channel through that channel’s API, so there is no separate middleware layer between your channels and your enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

Key Differences at a Glance

  • Integration: CSM is built within Business Central and connects to each sales channel through that channel’s API. Truvio and Znode connect to Business Central from outside the ERP. Both say Business Central is not modified.
  • Pricing: CSM is a monthly subscription. Truvio charges a fixed annual fee based on business complexity. Znode uses quote-based subscription pricing tied to revenue tiers and average order value (AOV).
  • Implementation: CSM is designed for self-implementation, with optional paid services from Suite Engine. Truvio and Znode implementations are scoped and billed separately from the license.
  • Ideal fit: CSM is for any Business Central user who sells through an eCommerce platform. Truvio targets manufacturers and distributors with typically $20M or more in revenue. Znode targets mid-market to enterprise businesses, including catalogs of over 1M SKUs.
