ABOUT SUITE ENGINE

We build software that makes Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central work for your industry.

Since 2016, Suite Engine has developed specialized applications for equipment dealers, residential production builders, and eCommerce businesses who need more than generic ERP can provide. Our solutions handle the workflows, reporting, and integrations that define how these industries actually operate—rental contracts for equipment dealers, lot costing for builders, multi-channel order management for retailers.

What We Do

Suite Engine develops applications within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for three distinct markets:

RPM – Equipment dealers and distributors who rent, sell, and service machinery need unified data across all three revenue streams. RPM consolidates rental contracts, service orders, parts inventory, and sales transactions into a single system. Companies use RPM to track fleet utilization, automate billing cycles, and manage warranty obligations without juggling disconnected systems.

HomeBuilder – Residential production builders managing 50+ units annually need construction-specific functionality that generic ERP can’t provide. HomeBuilder handles lot costing, color selection workflows, construction scheduling, warranty tracking, and after-sales service management. Builders use HomeBuilder to control budgets, coordinate trades, and deliver homes profitably.

CSM & CPM (Channel Sales Manager & Channel Payments Manager) – Multi-channel retailers need eCommerce orders, payments, and inventory synchronized with their ERP. CSM connects Business Central to Amazon, Shopify, BigCommerce, Walmart, WooCommerce, and Magento/Adobe Commerce. CPM embeds payment processing from Stripe and Usio directly into Business Central workflows. Companies manage omnichannel operations without manual data entry.

We also provide Retainage (Holdbacks) for contractors who need retention tracking built into payables and receivables, and API Engine for businesses building custom integrations without coding.

How We're Different

Most Business Central ISVs build horizontal solutions that work for any industry. We do the opposite—we specialize deeply in specific verticals where industry knowledge matters as much as technical capability.

We understand equipment dealer operations because we’ve spent years studying rental rate structures, maintenance scheduling, fleet depreciation, and the relationship between rental, service, and parts revenues. When a dealer asks how to handle serialized equipment transitioning from owned to rental status, we know exactly what that workflow requires.

We understand production builder operations because we’ve mapped the complexities of lot costing, vendor warranty periods, color selection timing, and the construction-to-service handoff. When a builder asks how to track change orders against original budgets, we’ve already built that functionality.

We understand eCommerce operations because we’ve integrated dozens of shopping carts with Business Central and know where the typical connector fails—inventory timing, order status updates, multi-location fulfillment, and payment reconciliation.

This specialized knowledge translates into applications that require minimal customization. You’re not configuring generic tools to approximate your workflows—you’re implementing software built specifically for how your industry operates.

Why We Exist

Mid-market companies hit a ceiling with entry-level accounting software but find enterprise ERP either too expensive or too generic. They need industry-specific functionality without custom development costs.

Equipment dealers outgrow disparate systems and need the full integration of a true DMS—integration that only works on a real ERP platform. Production builders need construction functionality that retail-focused ERPs don’t provide. Multi-channel retailers need eCommerce integration that actually works, not just a basic connector that requires constant manual reconciliation.

We built Suite Engine to fill this gap—giving mid-market businesses access to industry-specific ERP functionality at sustainable price points, delivered through the Microsoft ecosystem they already trust.

Who We Work With

Suite Engine applications are available exclusively through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partners. We don’t sell directly to end customers—instead, we work with over 50 implementation partners across North America, Europe, and Asia to provide consulting, implementation, training, and ongoing support.

This partner model ensures you work with consultants who understand both Business Central and your local market. Partners like ArcherPoint, Stoneridge Software, Western Computer, and Innovia Consulting combine our industry applications with their implementation expertise to deliver complete solutions.

All Suite Engine applications are published on Microsoft AppSource, Microsoft’s official marketplace for business applications. This means our software meets Microsoft’s technical standards, undergoes regular compatibility testing, and receives updates coordinated with Business Central releases.
