Full Return Support Added to CSM for WooCommerce

With a new release available for download on Microsoft AppSourceCSM for WooCommerce becomes CSM’s latest out-of-the-box platform integration to offer full, bidirectional return and refund capabilities. Regardless of a refund’s point of origin, CSM for WooCommerce will successfully process the transaction.

Return Support

  • Refunds that are initiated on the WooCommerce platform are retrieved into Business Central by CSM. A credit memo for the refund amount is then automatically generated and posted against the relevant sales document.
  • Sales returns can be generated from a CSM order in Business Central. After the return is posted, CSM communicates this information to WooCommerce, where the related order is updated accordingly.

Full Return Added CSM for WooCommerce

The addition of this functionality represents another completed milestone as part of a yearlong initiative to add this return and refund functionality to all of CSM’s supported eCommerce integrations. Beginning with Shopify earlier in the year, WooCommerce is the second platform to see these features. Suite Engine will keep the momentum going as it looks to make the same changes to its BigCommerce and Magento solutions.
