Suite Engine has announced the release of Channel Sales Manager for Walmart on Microsoft AppSource, an online cloud marketplace providing tailored line-of-business solutions.

Announcing the New Release of CSM for Walmart

With Order Import from Walmart, you can now effortlessly download orders from Walmart Marketplace into Business Central, leveraging the same user experience and processes you use for other channels. The Order Acknowledgement feature ensures prompt communication with shoppers by automatically sending acknowledgments back to Walmart upon successful order download. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking allows you to post shipments in Business Central and send shipment confirmations with tracking information back to Walmart, keeping customers informed and streamlining fulfillment processes. Additionally, you can Cancel Orders directly from Business Central, maintaining consistent data across both platforms. Built on the familiar CSM core infrastructure, this release offers a simplified setup for current users with a minimal additional learning curve.

 

We are excited to introduce the first release of the Walmart Marketplace Extension by Suite Engine. As the sixth eCommerce extension in our portfolio, this solution extends our Channel Sales Manager (CSM) core infrastructure to support selling on Walmart Marketplace. If you are already using other Suite Engine CSM Apps, you will find that the Walmart extension leverages the same familiar workflow within Business Central.
