Remote Work – How can we help?

We’ve always employed a remote workforce, which puts us in a unique position to offer assistance.

Here are a few tips we’ve put together and a link to a webinar coming up this Wednesday:

With COVID 19 affecting everyone’s lives, we thought it is important to reach out to you to see if there is anything we can do to help you. Suite Engine, and our partners at ArcherPoint, have always employed a remote workforce. The majority of our international team members (US, Canada, and India) are home-based. Building our business around this strategy has put us in a unique position to offer our assistance as many of our clients are rapidly assessing their ability to move their workforce to home offices.

Here are a few tools that we use for our remote workforce; we’ll be happy to talk through these with you:

  • Microsoft Azure
    • Our servers are in the Azure Cloud allowing our team to access and manage company information securely from remote locations.
  • Microsoft Teams
    • Microsoft is currently offering a free trial of Teams.  The link below provides information about Teams and how to set it up.
    • We use this tool for most internal conference and video meetings and some external conference meetings.
    • Teams is also a great tool to use for collaboration and as a central repository for work.
    • Our team is also here to assist in this area as well.
  • Ring Central
    • We use this tool for some external conference and video meetings and outbound VOIP calls.

Microsoft has also published some best practices information and has launched a new, interactive forum for sharing more ideas.

  • Best practices on enabling effective remote work, based on our internal learning.
  • The Microsoft Tech Community has launched a new interactive forum for sharing of best practices and other discussions across fellow customers, partners, and Microsoft subject matter experts.
