Changing Your Suite Engine Account Contact Information

What You’ll Learn

You can’t edit your Suite Engine account contact information directly in Business Central after your initial setup. This video walks you through the correct process for updating billing details like your email address, company name, or physical address.

Why This Matters

Your contact information connects to Stripe for billing and subscription management. If you need to update any details—whether you made a typo during setup or your business information changed—you need to follow a specific process to keep everything synchronized.

Key Steps

The Process:

1. Identify what contact information needs updating
2. Submit a request to Suite Engine support with:
   • Your account name
   • Current information
   • New information you want to use
3. Wait for Suite Engine support to make changes on the Stripe backend
4. Sync your account in Business Central to pull down the updates

To Sync Your Account:

• Open the Suite Engine Subscriptions page (administrative tool)
• Click the “Sync Account Information” button
• Your updated details will appear once the sync completes

Common Misconceptions

You might think: The contact fields on the CSM Setup page or Suite Engine Subscriptions page are editable.

Reality: These fields appear editable, but won’t save changes. You must go through Suite Engine support for any contact information updates. This protects your billing accuracy and keeps Business Central synchronized with Stripe.
