HomeBuilder by Suite Engine is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extension that provides functionality specific to residential developers. It includes managing phases, models, and lots, relations with home buyers, cost analysis, catalog of products, contract management, décor center (selection of upgrades and extras), construction planning and scheduling, purchasing, and after-sales services.

2024
- TARION (a government-assigned body that supervises warranty programs in Ontario): First Release
- SALEFISH (CRM/Sales web platform): First Release
- IMPLEMENTATION: Published Configuration Worksheets for managed data loads.
- DIMENSIONS: Dimensions for Lots and Phases in complete Dynamics 365 Business Central compliance.
- DOCUMENTATION: Microsoft Word templates published.
- USER DEFINED TABLES: Sales and Lot installment statuses.
- PORTAL: Personal Azure storage made available.
- WARRANTY SERVICE MANAGEMENT: Making the management service orders easier to manage.
- ITEM-VARIANT CREATION: Simple Item-Variant Setup with a specialized (flat file) worksheet.
- MOBILE INSPECTIONS: Providing fewer clicks to process a deficiency on mobile devices.
2025
- TRADE TYPES: Determine a trade type early and assign the vendor later.
- BUNDLES LITE: A simple bundle tool with fewer options.
- LOT CREATION: Simplified setup of Lots.
- CHANGE-TRACKING: Auto-setup tracking changes.
- ITEM CATEGORIES: Separate House Area sets from Item: Categories to be reserved for color selections.
- PRE-DEFINED SELECTIONS: Make complete home selections by color palette or upgrade level.
- WARRANTY SERVICE MANAGEMENT: Service issue tracking tools.
- SELECTIONS SCREENS: Item picker in Selections no longer requires House Area or Category to be entered first.

2025
- INSPECTIONS TARION PHOTOS: When Tarion releases an image API, it will be added to the existing integration.
- REPORT MAILER: Auto-schedule emails with pdf reports (such as) for service statuses to vendors.
2026
- SELECTIONS – COST/PRICER: Reduces the number of sales prices to enter.
- INCOMING PAD: Pre-authorized debit functionality for rentals and installment deposits.
- HIGH-RISE BUDGETING: Contract change management added and better reporting for high-rise.
- RENTALS BUDGET AND INVOICES: Automated condo fees and other basic rental charges management.
- SEPARATE ELEVATIONS FROM MODELS: Reduces the number of models to create for most companies.
- SELECTIONS SCREENS: Improved selection screen setup by room.
- COLOR CHART ITEM SETUP: A tool to make the complex task of color chart items easier to create.
2027
- PAYMENT AUTOMATION: Approve a work order, auto-create the purchase, and then the payment.
- AMMENDMENTS DOCUMENTS: Create, stitch, track, version, and share amendment documents.
