HomeBuilder by Suite Engine is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extension that provides functionality specific to residential developers. It includes managing phases, models, and lots, relations with home buyers, cost analysis, catalog of products, contract management, décor center (selection of upgrades and extras), construction planning and scheduling, purchasing, and after-sales services.

- PORTAL: Bid management and vendor invoicing added.
- TRADE TYPES: Determine a trade type early and assign the vendor later.
- SELECTIONS – COST/PRICER: Reduces the number of sales prices to enter.
- PRE-DEFINED SELECTIONS: Make complete home selections by color palette or upgrade level.
- BUNDLES LITE: A simple bundle tool with fewer options.
- INSPECTIONS TARION PHOTOS: When Tarion releases an image API, it will be added to the existing integration.
- LOT CREATION: Simplified setup of Lots.
- INCOMING PAD: Pre-authorized debit functionality for rentals and installment deposits.
- HIGH-RISE BUDGETING: Contract change management added and better reporting for high-rise.
- SELECTIONS SCREENS: Improved selections screen setup by room.
- CHANGE-TRACKING: Auto-setup tracking changes.
- RENTALS BUDGET AND INVOICES: Automated condo fees and other basic rental charges management.
- COLOR CHARTS: Easier setup of color charts.
- ITEM CATEGORIES: Separate House Area sets from Item Categories to be reserved for color selections.
- SEPARATE ELEVATIONS FROM MODELS: Reduces the number of models to create for most companies.
2026 –
- AUTOMATION: Automated Purchase Invoice/Payment – Approve a work order, auto-create the purchase, and then the payment.
- DOCUMENTS: Create, stitch, track, version, and share amendment documents.
- IMPLEMENTATION: Automated data loads tool for new implementations.
- RENT MANAGEMENT: Billing system for simple rental properties.
- CUSTOM HOMES: HomeBuilder will be fully compatible with custom home builders.
2028 –
- AGGREGATES: Aggregates company application.
- CRM: Builder CRM application.
- RENOVATIONS: HomeBuilder will be fully compatible with renovation builders.
